Delivery and installation of equipment on-time and efficiently is of paramount importance to us. We use our own varied fleet of vehicles to deliver units, ensuring we can react to urgent requirements when needed. We use our own drivers who are all fully trained, and carry all the equipment they need to limit disruption on your site.

Larger installations are visited before delivery by our team, to ensure there are no difficulties on the delivery day. They'll provide a full set up schedule that we agree with your on-site team, and make available a full risk assessment for the project.

We also offer:
- timed delivery service available 24 hours a day;
- weekend delivery or collection times, if required; and
- capacity to handle volume deliveries.

Refrigeration units are designed to store perishable goods, and keep them fresh and usable for longer. However, faults can develop with any piece of mechanical equipment at any time. As product integrity is important to you (and to us), Dawsonrentals offers an unparalleled maintenance and breakdown service.

We have our own staff, not a remote call centre, handling all calls from customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With access to our own engineers, and a nationwide network of fully-trained sub-contractors, we aim to attend any reported fault within four hours of the first contact. We will advise you of an estimated time of arrival for the engineer, and keep in contact with you until the fault is cleared.

Dawsonrentals also has stringent pre-delivery checks on every piece of equipment, which include the following:

- Electrical safety test before each hire.
- Full refrigeration and temperature check.
- Cosmetic repairs carried out as standard.

For larger events we offer you additional peace of mind with an engineer available at site for the event duration, with all the equipment and parts that may be required. This enables us to repair equipment rapidly, with even less disruption to your operations.

We are specialists in the provision of both display refrigeration and frozen or chilled storage units to major events and exhibitions. We are the sole supplier of refrigeration units to The Championships at Wimbledon, as well as being a regular supplier to Glastonbury Festival. In addition to supplying other sporting and arts events, we also cover events as diverse as The Royal Agricultural Show and a variety of exhibitions throughout the year.

Our event service encompasses more than just supplying the units to a site, we include within our hire rates the following:

- Delivery, installation and collection.
- Fixed hire rates for the event duration.
- Full delivery schedule.
- Exhibition order form, for distribution to individual stand
  holders.
- Dedicated event fleet, maintained to the highest possible
  standard.
- On-site engineer for the event duration.

Our Installations Manager will carry out a full pre-delivery site survey, and discuss with the site contact any areas of difficulty, well before the event. This greatly reduces any issues that can occur, and allows our experienced installation team to exceed our customer's expectations.
